The Fraeylemaborg Library has been brought together in the course of two centuries. It consists of two parts: the generallibrary, and the well-known - though much younger - Orange-Nassau collection. The latter is one of the most extensive and most valuable in existence. This auction catalogue has 2179 entries, the section on the House of Orange has 351 entries.

The entire collection was sold to the Univeristy Library Nijmegen for - that time - the enormous amount of 100.000,-- Dutch Guilders.
