Livre en français. Legendary trade catalogue of corn, the first ever to be published. The Vilmorin company - still in existence - was founded as a plant and seed boutique in 1742. In the mid-19th century they published the first seed catalogues in France. Our catalogue was the first to be entirely devoted to corn. It is extensively illustrated with 66 colour lithographic plates. The company is by now (2012) the largest of its kind in Europe.
