‎ 1917 Pastel, aquarelle et mine de plomb signée et datée en bas à droite, 1917, 16 x 21 cm. ‎

‎Eugène-Louis Veder (Saint-Germain-En-Laye 1876-1936 Châtillon), peintre, graveur, illustrateur et aquarelliste, eu comme sujet principal "Paris" dont le vieux Montmartre. Il immortalise le Moulin de la Galette. Il participa au salon des Indépendants, fut sociétaire du Salon des Artistes Français, membre de la Gravure Originale en Noir, et publia des dessins dans la revue Byblis. Il exposa en 1914 chez Durand-Ruel. Trous d'épingles marginal et infimes piqures. ‎
