".: 6. S.l. (probably Mons, Belgium) s.d. (between ca. 1800 - 1837 = last entry), in-folio manuscript, 33,5 x 20,5 cm, 88 nn pp of which 13 are written, sewn, contempororary marbled boards, on the spine a label ""N° 44°"" (?). (Written in French.) Louis Van Miert, born in 1760, married in 1784; the first child was born in 1785, when this list of marriages and births was up to date. After 1788 other hands, ending with Charles Decat, wrote the last entries. The genealogy starts before 1612. The other leaves are blank but are perforated with a tiny hole about 5 cm from the lower margin."

Van Miert . Chassereau des biens appartenans à la Demoiselle Marie Magdelaine Vanmiert venans tant de patrimoine que d'acquet (plus loin). Tous les articles du present chassereau sont portés au chassereau de la Mlle Eugenie Elisabeth Vanmiert.

La plupart des biens se situent à Mons, Peruwelz, Herchies, Lens, Montignies Les Lens etc. Les dates d'entrée vont de 1770 jusqu'à 1792. Avec un index des biens à la fin du manuscrit.
