Very early example of a book illustrated with original photographs, Gernsheim 315., Boni p.145., Roosens & Salu No.2668. The pictures show famous landmarks in Flanders, town views like Brussels, Ypres, Oudenaarde, Cathedrals of Antwerp, Ghent etc. Photo size; 17,5 x 11,5 cm. Ex library copy with a printed exlibris and some blindstamps, endpapers foxed but copy in all: an acceptable copy."

Ex-library copy with a blind stamp and a large withdrawn stamp on the title page, some slight foxing, notwithstanding the cancellation stamp on the title an acceptable copy of an early book with original photograph illustrations.
