15. Bruxelles, Imprimerie de Louis Tencé, 1829, L. Tencé , in-folio album, 34 x 26,5 cm, bound in 19th century brown half leather, raised spine with gilt title '' Galerie d'Arenberg - Morette '', marbled boards and endpapers, weak joints and some traces of use. The album , without a title page, contains 22 (of 54) full page handcoloured lithographs illustrating the painting collection of the Prince Auguste Arenberg. A complete album should consist of 53 plates ( see Rijksmuseum Amsterdam recordnumber 86624). The plates are lithographs which have been carefully coloured by hand and some heightened with gum-arabic. The lithographs are signed by Eug. De Loose , Charles Spruyt , Van den Wildenberg , T.S. Cooper , Madou, J. Du Bois . All the plates were printed by P. Simonau. Among the subjects are paintings by W. van Mieris , Van der Neer , Albert Cuyp , B. Van der Helst, Kucharski (portrait de Marie-Antoinette) , Rubens (portrait de Philippe II) , Gerard Dou , Schalken , David Teniers , Gerard Terburg , Frans Hals, Metsu , Paulus Potter...
