Pernot-Verstraeten , relirur ''sic'' rue Savaen 58). Small ex-library stamp on title. Binding with some use. Van Soust was director for the Fine Arts at the Ministry of Interior Affairs and as such the highest civil servant responsible for Belgian art policy.
