Sewn, original printed wrapper. The wrapper is completely torn in the fold and loose. The maps are tipped on to the wrapper ( as published). Ex-library with a small label on the front wrapper. Notwithstanding the torn wrapper still a rather good copy of a rare booklet dealing with an important Brussels' urban project. The publication contains many unique photo engravings of partly build street views of the Boulevard Saint-Michel / Avenue de Tervueren area. Very rare.
