‎.: 6. New Bedford (Ma USA) Album size 45 x 40 mm, contemporary full red morocco, back gilt, 12 album leaves with oval cut-outs and a typographical border, edges gilt, with brass clasp. The album contains 13 tintype portraits (collodion positives), size ca. 20 x 15 mm. (Some leaves are without photographs).This technique to produce photographs on black enamelled sheet iron was used from ca. 1860 onwards.‎
