Jules Grosfils was the animator of two important organisations which promoted Belgian graphic art during the Interbellum. The ''ABDCE'' Association Belge des Collectionneurs et Dessinateurs d' Ex-Libris; and The ''G.O.B.'' La Gravure Belge Originale. On his ex-libris see an article of Dr. Alfred Comtesse in ''Bulletin du collectionneur suisse: livres, ex-libris....Année 2 ( 1928) Issue 6.
