11. (Paris), Romagnesi, s.d. (ca. 1820), in-4°, 34 x 27 cm, line-engraved title + 90 line-engraved or and lithographed plates (numbered 1-88, 88, 89, 91). The plates represent designs, ornaments, chambranles, bordures de glaces composés, rosaces, candelabres etc. mostly in Premier Empire style. Album bound in half canvas, marbled boards, binding worn, a few quires loose. Plates with marginal waterstains, foxed and dustsoiled throughout, not a nice copy. Some of the plates are signed ''Imprimerie Senefelder'', most are designed by Romagnesi, another lithographer is Langlumé, other designers (sculpsit) are Schaal , Vielle... Very rare and early album with lithographic plates depicting sculptural designs and ornaments mainly by Romagnesi, unfortunately not in very good condition. Ex-libris V & R Baguès tipped-in on first pastdown. (Probably Maison Baguès, founded in 1840 and specialised in bronze and iron artefacts, lighting ...).
