Bound in publisher's imitation vellum binding, with handmade marbled wrappers, in slipcase. Fine copy notwithstanding some slight foxing stains - more so at the photo engravings. Luxurius commemorative publication on the occasion of the entering in service of the new steamer of the company in 1923 ''De Belgenland ''. The Red Star Line shipping company of Antwerp, played an important role in the shipping of emigrants from the old Europe to the new continent in the last quarter of the 19th c. and the first quarter of the 20th c.‎
