‎0. Bruxelles, Musée du Livre, 1915 , in-4°, 28,5 x 21,5 cm, pp (561 - 632) + (24 of 24 ) plates. 4 separate issues, Leaves bound together with a silk tie, no wrapper ( as issued). In an original portfolio ( a bit worn and discoloured ). The plates are loose ( as issued). The plates have a serpente with a printed caption and carry a number. For the year 1915 these numbers are 349 -> 363 (complete with all plates). The text leaves also complete , index leaf included . This is the complete year 1915, consisting of 4 text issues ( fascicules in French) and 24 plates of the prestigeous Brussels' periodical devoted to the art of the book. It covers the whole subject : typography, lettering , binding, illustration...Its pre-war publications (before 1914) are rightly famous for the beautiful typographical execution. The project , animated by Henri Liebrecht, could rely on the aid of the main Brussels printing houses, paper and ink suppliers. ( e.g. Imprimerie Goossens, établ. Malvaux ...). They published 4 issues per year ( fascicules ), accompanied by plates . With an article by Sander Pierron '' La Gravure sur bois'' illustrated with 2 original woodcuts by Adolpho de Carolis and Antonio Moroni. An article by Gérard Roosen : ''Les caractères de Style''. Louis Titz : '' Les Procédés de Reproduction ''. Raoul Ruttiens : '' Le Renouveau Artistique en Belgique ''. Some of the plates are original lithographs by e.g. René Janssens , Oswald Poreau..‎
