This issue was the first to appear under the name ''London Bulletin''. The first isue published in April 1938 carried the name ''London Gallery Bulletin''. This issue contains contributions by Breton, Eluard, Paul Nash (on John Piper), Samuel Becket (on Geer van Velde),Roland Penrose.........The London Bulletin was one of the most significant surrealist publications in English.
