Binding with tiny traces of use but a fine copy. This is the 3rd edition of this biographical dictionary of Europe and it contains a stunning 50.252 entries. The first edition was from 1965 (28165 entries) , second edition1967 (49270 entries). A fourth edition is announced here but we doubt if it was ever published. This third edition is quite rare and contains approx. 12.000 new entries not available in previous editions.
