Together with; ''An Additional Act for the better improvement and Advancing the Receipts of the Excise and New-Impost'', (pp 1-16) ; (includes) ''A Book of Values of Merchandize imported, According to which, Excize is to be paid by the First Buyer'', (pp 17-61), London; Printed by Henry Hills and John Field, Printers to His Highness. 1657, in-folio, contemporary wrappers with flower decoration. Two early and interesting printed acts on import duties and excises. The second act has an attached list (a Book of Values...) which lists approximately 800 products with their excize rate. Rare, the first act not in Kress, the second = Kress N°949. We could only trace one other copy, in The Brotherton Library (Leeds UK)."
