The original wrapper of the issue is preserved and bound in. Bound in orange coloured full cloth, leather title label on spine. ( bound by Pierson ). On the inside a printed ex-libris engraved by Sternet and designed by J. Brasilier ( represents Mozes holding the law tables - underneath are the names of Auguste Le Comte and Jean Gutemberg and the motto ''Libro Liber''. ) . We could not identify the owner of this ex-libris. Rare first edition of the French translation of this play by Longfellow, composed of two parts from two consecutive articles in the Revue Moderne of 1869.
