‎Paris, Bourgueleret, 1838 ; in-8, XXXVII pp. + 581 pp., reliure demi-veau brun, dos lisse orné, toutes tranches dorées. Reliure signée C. Blaise, rue du Bac. Petites rousseurs et une légère mouillure. Olivier Goldsmith, né à Pallismore en 1728, mort en 1774, était un écrivain irlandais. Il commença sa vie par un voyage en Europe, puis se fixa à Londres, où il rédige son célèbre roman Le Vicaire de Wakefield, utilisant l'introspection. Il est enterré à Westminster. Traduction et notes de Charles Nodier. Bon état.‎
