‎Édition originale. Eugène Jolas (1894-1952) est le créateur de la revue Transition qui, de 1927 à 1938, fit paraître Work in progress, le futur Finnegans wake de Joyce. On lui doit aussi l'Anthologie de la nouvelle poésie américaine (Kra, 1928 ). Pour l'anecdote, rappelons aussi que lui et sa femme ont habité de 1926 à 1930 dans la maison qui sera plus tard celle du général De Gaulle. Exemplaire num. sur vélin. ‎
