‎Edition en grec donnée par Vossius comme pour la première en 1646, texte latin en regard. Les sept lettres d'Ignatios sont adressées aux fidèles d'Ephèse, de Magnésie, Tralles, Philadelphie, Rome, Smyrne et à Polycarpe évêque de cette ville. Les neuf autres lettres sont considérées comme apocryphes.Isaac Vossius fut un temps, libraire de Christine de Suède. ‎
