Following a Royal Decree of 15 october 1969 a list ( in bookform) is published wherin the ''legal'' distances are defined between all Belgian towns, villages, hamlets and all the seats of judicial courts. The exact distances, rounded to 1 kilometer were to be used in settling travel costs discussions. With an ex-library stamp of a Belgian army unit.
