" Berlin, München, Verlag Frz. Eher Nachfolger, in-folio ( 53 x 43 cm), Berliner Ausgabe/ Ausgabe A; Complete with the supplements ( Berliner Beobachter, die deutsche Frau...) Issue 305 till 334. From 1st november. 1933 (46th year) -> 30st november 1933. In all over 400 pp. Published in issues of 8 leaves, ( + supplements). The Monday issues sometimes counted for two ( Sunday and Monday). The issues are bound in one volume, in descending order (half cloth with blue coloured boards, large printed title on spine). Apart from a few tiny tears; in very good condition. These Berlin issues; labelled ''Ausgabe A'' were printed on extra strong newpaper paper and contain the extensive supplement ''Berliner Beobachter''. From the library of the ''United Nations - Geneva'' (small circular stamp on the first and last paste down). Extremely rare complete run for the month of september 1933. In very good condition. This newspaper was the official mouthpiece of the N.S.D.A.P. It was privately owned by Adolf Hitler who had bought it with the proceeds of his book ''Mein Kampf''. Alfred Rosenberg was once its chief editor. This month covers an interesting period in which the Nazis consolidated their absolute power in Germany, after Hitler had been named chancellor in januari of the same year. Much attention is given to the elections of 12th November. Allthough the newpaper steadily increased its circulation ( up to 1.700.000 in 1944) issues are very rare. Allmost all Germans must have discarted or burned their issues after the defeat of the Nazis so as to obliterate the printed witnesses of this murderous and anti-semitic regime which heralded Western Europe's end to cultural and economic hegemony."
