On y trouve divers articles touchant à l'histoire des voitures à moteur, les choix du moteur, les vêtements qu'il convient de porter, le moteur à essence, les clubs automobiles, les aspects juridiques, etc. On notera tout particulièrement les chapitres consacrés aux moteurs électriques et à vapeur. L'ouvrage souligne par ailleurs l'importance d'habituer les chevaux au bruit des moteurs pour éviter les accidents. Reliure un peu passée mais un assez bon exemplaire.
