The core of Dr. Stuyt's - a well known Dutch surgeon - is to be found in the History of the French Revolution, the most influential event in European History between 1500 and 1900. The catalogue has 1847 entries and was printed in 100 copies only. The entire collection was sold to the Univeristy Library Nijmegen for - that time - the enormous amount of 100.000,-- Dutch Guilders.

The second part 1032 entries varia, including a section neurosciences. The late Dr.Grendel was a well-known pharmacist , bookcollector and historian of pharmacy.
