Scarce copy of this original "Coronation Menu". The text is handwritten, and some slight differences can be found in the calligraphy between each of the original menus. The Coronation Day banquet was served by Le Cordon Bleu London to 350 people. At this occasion was created the "Coronation Chicken" recipe ("Poulet Reine Elizabeth"). Remarkable document, both from a historical and gastronomic point of view ! Good copy (small discoloration on the top and very small superficial lack on the side)
