Arras, typographie Rousseau-Leroy éditeur, 1860. In-4 rel. demi-basane rouge, dos à 5 nerfs, titre doré, 1ff., 64pp., 1ff., reproduction du retable, avec 2 parties mobiles permettant de voir l'intérieur et l'extérieur, en frontispice.

4. Douai, Imprimerie de Mme Ve Adam, 1860, in-8°, 387 pp, with folding frontispiece and 10 full page lithographic plates ( all printed in sepia), half cloth binding. Ex-library with stamp on half title and manuscript name on title leaf , from the library of Louis Grossé . The papers covering the boards are missing. One illustration has been cut by the binder resulting in the loss of perhaps half a leaf. Louis Grossé was an important manufacturer in Bruges of Roman Catholic paramenta ( religious textile). Rare original edition.
