1928 56 p., hardbound (black boards, no label on spine). Ex libraries Fr.C. Peetz and Herbert Ant (with their small stamps). Interleaved copy with many annotations by Peetz and some by Ant. Wilhelm Dahms (1875-1938) was a German physician, botanist and entomologist. Herbert Ant (1933-2010) was a German entomologist and malacologist. Fr.C. Peetz was according to his stamp ‘’Korvettenkapitän and engineer’’ and a entomologist with the ambition to write a book on the Coleoptera of Westfalen (Germany). In this copy he made a manuscript title-page reading: ‘’Die Käfer Westfalens. Insbesondere des Lipp.-Westfl. Weserberglandes. Zusammengestellt von Fr. Peetz, Pr. Oldendorf i. W. (nach Reitter, Fauna Germanica 1908). P. Oldendorf 1936/37’’. Our colleague Schierenberg (Amsterdam) is selling a much larger (probably final) manuscript by Peetz.
