Early 19th century Parisian collection of metalwork designs in First Empire Style. The plates were engraved by leading French engravers such as Normand, Thierry, Hibon & Olivier. This edition not in Berlin Catalogue. Universal Catalogue of Books on Art vol.I pp. 197 (first edition). There was a re-editions in 1845. The designs show shopfronts, staircases, doors and gates, garden pavillions, and smaller ironwork."
