‎Rare first edition (of vol. 1) of Brunner’s defence on the concept of divine providence ""Brunner, Christoph Andreas a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born February 5, 1657, at Schraplau, in Saxony. He studied at Leipsic, was in 1683 pastor at Kohra, in 1685 at Brandis, and died April 16, 1741"" (McClintock and Strong Biblical Cyclopedia).‎
