Several pages with worm-holes in outer margin (not affecting text), somewhat browned, a few pages with unobtrusive waterstain, outer corner last page repaired.Generally this book goes under the authorship of the inventor and alchemist Johann Joachim Becher, but probably the true author is A. Sturm. The first, smaller, edition was published in 1685. The part on hunting (pages 826-1016) has its own title-page printed in black and red.
