Cadell, in the Strand, 1821 - 1825, 2 vols in-4°, 29,5 x 23 cm, engraved frontispiece + title + xiv + (1)(list) + 272 pp + xxxiv pp with xxvii engraved plates (including the front.) ; engraved frontispiece + vi + (2) + pp 273-671 + pp xxxv-cxxviii + (17)(index), uniform full brown polished calf, raised back with gilt ornaments and title, covers with double gilt fillets and broad blind ornamental fillets, marbled edges with matching endpapers, apart from some damage at the frontcover of volume I (three quite unobtrusive holes in the leather, which have been covered) and some very light foxing in vol.I, mostly at the leaves protecting the plates (serpentes), this is a very handsome copy in a beautiful contemporary binding."
