‎A reprint of economic tracts edited by Jacob H. Hollander. Condition of the labouring classes of society..‎

‎Baltimore, Johns Hopkins press, 1934 in-8, 69 pp., broché. ‎

‎Réédition des Observations on the circumstances which influence the condition of the labouring classes of society (Londres, 1817) de l'économiste quaker John Barton (1789-1852), dont le principal objet d'études fut le sort des classes laborieuses anglaises (il est l'inventeur du motto, inlassablement repris depuis, "The poor grow more miserable as the rich grow more wealthy").
