‎Rare exemplaire de l'édition originale. Ce recueil de poésie fut publié de manière anonyme par l'ingénieur et professeur à l'Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, Paul Haag (1843-1911). Ami très proche de François Coppée et de Jules Barbey d'Aurevilly, Paul Haag rédigera la préface des "Poésies posthumes" d'Henri-Charles Read, le jeune frère de Louise Read. Bon exemplaire.‎
