Frisse Wind komt tot stand in samenwerking met het Museum Kunst der Westk ste (Alkersum/F hr) en het Nieders chsisches Landesmuseum in Hannover en is in Nederland te zien in Singer Laren. ******************************************* Like a breath of fresh air, Impressionism arrived in France in the 1860s. This led to a fundamental change in style in Northern Europe and beyond. In this edition and in the traveling exhibition, a top selection of German, Danish and Dutch Impressionism is shown. It makes the similarities and differences between these regions clearly visible. The most important subjects of Impressionism are discussed through six themes: light, on land, at the sea, in the city, the garden and winter.
