"L'auteur a tenté, en vain, de faire réformer l'administration genevoise, en particulier la Chambre des Tutelles. Il publie sa correspondance à ce sujet et fait une critique globale des institutions genevoises" [Burg, Les sources imprimées de la Restauration genevoise n° 3281]. Rousseurs, bords frottés. ‎
