‎Paul ACKERMAN (1908-1981), artiste peintre français, originaire de Roumanie. Avant la guerre de 1939, il fréquente l'Atelier Fernand Léger, et fin 1940, il se lie d'amitié avec Bonnard. Fait prisonnier à la guerre, il reprend la peinture à son retour de captivité. A partir de 1947, il expose à Paris, Londres, Francfort Montréal, Québec... En 1950 il remporte le premier Prix Pacquement. Suivent alors de nombreuses participations à des expositions collectives, ainsi que des expositions personnelles. ‎
