Pelletier strychnine (1818) and quinine (1820). In this book Caventou present an up-to-date system of chemical nomenclature based on the ideas of L.J. Thénard and incorporated all of the changes made necessary by new discoveries. Each section relating to a simple substance has information concerning its history, properties, etc. At the end is a table of synonyms".
