‎ Première édition. Très curieux ouvrage sur la formation du foetus, dans lequel l'auteur montre que l'âme raisonnable vient se loger dans le corps du ftus le troisième jour après sa conception. Thomas Feyens (Anvers, 1567-1631) a étudié la médecine à Leiden, puis à Bologne de 1590 à 1593. Il eut comme professeur Mercuriali, Aldrovandi et Tagliacozzi.
