Fine copy. Interesting and detailed account of the French ( and Belgian) take over and exploitation of the West-German railway system after the peace treaty of Versailles in 1918. (End of World War One). Great attention is given to the financial and economical aspects of the exploitation. Text in French. Livre en français. Detailliertes Bericht über die Französiche Verwaltung des West-Deutsches Eisenbahnsystem am Ende der Ersten Weltkrieg.
