Bound in uniform contemporary full mottled calf, gilt raised spines, red leather title label, edges painted red. Binding with some traces of use but still in fine shape. Interior fine although there are some large worm galleries in volume II, affecting however only the margins; ca. 15 lvs , marginally, at the beginning (pp. 507-533) and ca. 20 lvs, tiny worming in upper margin (pp. 747-785) ; ca. 25 lvs, gallery in margin upper right corner (pp. 885-914) ; ca. 40 lvs upper margin, some worming in the text (index), not interfering with legibility however (index pages). Nothwithstanding this worming still a fine/good copy of a rare and interesting book."‎
