Part 3 with 5 sheets of handwritten translation (contemporary) of the work in French bound in.Friedrich Hermann Loew (1807-1879) was a German entomologist specialized in Diptera, teacher (he was professor of mathematics and natural history in Poznan) and politician. Loew published two series of articles on Diptera in his school programs, which were also reprinted separately. These are these reprints. This series went to 4 parts (part 4 published in 1850 is not present in our offer). Rare.
