1883 (3rd ed.) 228 p., later half calf over grained boards. Hand-written label on the spine. This is the third edition. It deals with the Coleoptera from northwest of the Ural, the Caspian Sea, Black Sea and Mediterranean (i.e. Europe proper). The preface is in Latin. The later, 1906, edition is marked as second edition, so this is, perhaps, the third issue of the first edition, although it is well-different from the real first edition. Boards rubbed, two previous owner's stamps (Walter Stöver & Herbert Ant) on the front flyleaf and title page, some small annotations, otherwise a good copy.
