GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 1 All complaints must be well-founded and properly motivated and must be addressed directly to us no later than 8 days after the invoice date. The shipment of the goods takes place at the buyer's risk. In the event of defective delivery of the goods, only replacement can be claimed without any compensation for direct or indirect damage. 2 Returns of goods must be done freight free. 3 The Invoices are payable in Evergem net without discount. If not stated, the invoice is payable in cash without discount. 4. The client may not rely on a dispute with the supplier to refuse payment. 5. If the payment terms are not respected, the balance of the debt becomes due at once. 6 Damages clause as in accordance with art. 1126 Civil Code. The written submission of typesetting, clichés, designs, drawings, photos, films, etc. does not in itself, unless express and prior agreement, infringe the foregoing. 12 Typesetting, clichés, designs, drawings, photos, films, etc., produced by and/or for the supplier, form part of the latter's material. Unless otherwise stated, the client may not demand delivery before or after delivery of the work. 13 If required by law, the client may not object to mentioning the name of the supplier, even if the name of the publisher or intermediary, publicity agent or others is already mentioned on the printed matter.
