GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 1 All complaints must be well-founded and properly motivated and must be addressed directly to us no later than 8 days after the invoice date. The shipment of the goods takes place at the buyer's risk. In the event of defective delivery of the goods, only replacement can be claimed without any compensation for direct or indirect damage. 2 Returns of goods must be done freight free. 3 The Invoices are payable in Evergem net without discount. If not stated, the invoice is payable in cash without discount. 4. The client may not rely on a dispute with the supplier to refuse payment. 5. If the payment terms are not respected, the balance of the debt becomes due at once. 6 Damages clause as in accordance with art. 1126 Civil Code. In the event of an unjustified failure to pay after more than eight days of unanswered reminder, the invoice amount will be increased by 15%. 7 Execution of orders may be refused if the previous ones have not been paid. 8 The delivery times are for information only. In all cases, you are entitled to a subsequent delivery period of 14 days, a period which starts from the day of receipt of a registered letter. In the event of force majeure, it is possible to postpone or unilaterally cancel delivery. Force majeure means: fire, strike, epidemic, etc. 9 The client is responsible for the numbering specified by him with every order for VAT or other documents. 10 In the event of disputes or possible disputes, the Court of Ghent has sole jurisdiction. The seller reserves the right to summon the buyer at any other place permitted by law. 11 In view of the legal provisions in the field of artistic and industrial property, all models, slogans, tests, sketches, typesetting and interpretations designed by the supplier remain; Whatever the technique used, they are our sole property and may not be imitated or reprinted. Their reproduction or imitation in any form or process when carried out without the prior consent of the right holder constitutes an act of imitation or unfair competition. The written submission of typesetting, clichés, designs, drawings, photos, films, etc. does not in itself, unless express and prior agreement, infringe the foregoing. 12 Typesetting, clichés, designs, drawings, photos, films, etc., produced by and/or for the supplier, form part of the latter's material. Unless otherwise stated, the client may not demand delivery before or after delivery of the work. 13 If required by law, the client may not object to mentioning the name of the supplier, even if the name of the publisher or intermediary, publicity agent or others is already mentioned on the printed matter.
