Karl Johann Kautsky (1854-1938) was a German economist historian publicist and social democratic politician. Theorist of Marxism editor of the IV volume of Marx's Capital. Emile Vandervelde (1866-1938) - Belgian statesman Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium. In 1917 after the February Revolution he came to Russia to campaign for continued participation in the First World War. He was the Belgian representative at the Paris Peace Conference and signed the Treaty of Versailles. In 1922 he was present at the trial of the right SRs in Moscow as a defender.
