It was published in Moscow from 1927 to 1937. The main topic of the magazine was the issues of Jewish land management and resettlement in the Jewish Autonomous Region. In addition, the Tribune covered the social, economic and cultural life of Jews in various regions of the USSR, including the Jewish national regions in the Crimea and the Ukrainian SSR, the relationship of Jews with other nationalities and cases of anti-Semitism.
