‎ Antwerpen, Chocolat Meurisse, s.d. (ca. 1952 - 1960), 3 albums format oblong 24 x 31,50 cm, stapled with the original covers. each album with 16 nn pp with tipped on ca. 162 chromos (small coloured illustrations) per album. (total chromos ca. 480 !). These chromos were packed with chocolate bars and were to be collected to be tipped on the albums. This rare set is complete with all the ills. and in good order. The subject of these albums is the military equipment of the newly founded Nato organisation. It was published at the height of the Cold War agains the Sovjet-Union. The charmingly designed images depict, equipment (airplanes, ships, tanks,weapons, uniforms. ...). Especially the airplanes are sometimes very fancifull illustrated. Very fine and complete set of these albums, examples of the Western world Cold War propaganda .‎
