‎" Cardone (Catallogna), 1546, manuscript on vellum. 54 x 34 cm, nicely written in Latin, thick vellum quality. Document finely preserved and excellently readable. We have problems in understanding the document. The deed is written out by Hieronymus OLZINA, notary at Cardone. Two men: Novarint Vu??? and Johannis ASAMORT''presbiter'' of the Sancti Michaelis parish make a sale contract with Augustino BOLDO. One sum of money mentionned in the document is ''9 libras et 11 solidos''. The document is very well preserved, written on very thick vellum. It contains one large section of text and three smaller; two of the smaller sections begin with the pictorial signature of the notary Hieronymus Olzina ( ( 8 overlapping cicles around a lozange).. 16th century documents in this excellent state of preservation are becoming very rare !.."‎
