London, printed by J.L. for Philemon Stephens, sold (at his shop...), 1646, small in-4°, (36) nn pp + 27 pp + (1)nn p (blank). (complete). Bound in modern half calf, raised spine with gilt red leather title label on spine. The last leaf has been marginally glued together with the modern endpaper. Apart from this a very fine copy with no provenance indications.
