After the First World War when the title changed to Revue de L'art , the publication's scope was widened and modern European art was included in its subjects e.g. Chagall, Zadkine, Rouault... This periodical is the french language version of '' Onze Kunst '' although the contents are not all identical. It was suspended from 1915 - 1920 (while during those years ''Onze Kunst'' could be continued. In 1921 it resumed publication under its new title '' La Revue de l'Art''. It was founded by Paul Buschmann, later Ary Delen became the chief editor. Collaborators include Pierre Bautier , Edm. de Bruyn , L. Jacobs-Havenith , M. Laurent , Leo van Puyvelde , Paul Vitry , Albert Plasschaert , Arthur E. Popham , G. Nicodemi , G.J. Hoogewerff , Paul Bergmans , Ch. Bernard , J.v.d. Bosch , Jean de Bosschere , A. Bredius , J.J. de Gelder, H. Teirlinck , Jan Greshoff , André de Ridder , C. and J. Veth , E. Maillard etc. We have many complete years ( 12 issues) or loose issues available of this periodical.
